Beehive.
What an exciting time we’re in at Healing Place Church! The much-anticipated transition into the Healing Place Church Arena is less than two weeks away, and Easter at HPC is coming right on its heels!
This is a great time to reflect on God’s faithfulness and His favor. Through this entire journey, He has been there with us, He has provided all our needs, and He has been true to His Word. And what’s most important of all, He has allowed us to be a part of helping people come to Jesus.
All of our giving, our sacrifice, our investment in the Kingdom of God comes down to this: reaching the world by serving one. Each ONE who walks into this new Healing Place Church Arena is one more person that God has allowed us the opportunity to show His love to. Each ONE who comes to HPC through the internet, or any of our campuses or missions or outreaches – is one more person we have been doing all of this for.
I want to encourage you to keep praying that God would totally fill this new facility with His presence, and that many “one’s” will meet Him there. We started off with reading the Bible through in this place, and next we are going to spend 24 hours in prayer in the Healing Place Church Arena before we have our first church experiences in it. In fact, there’s a lot that’s about to take place in the Healing Place Church Arena over the next month. Check it out:
- Servolution Q&A (Live Online) – March 16 @ 1pm CDT
- 24 Hours of Prayer in the Healing Place Church Arena – March 24 @ 7pm – March 25 @ 7pm
- Vision Night in the Healing Place Church Arena – March 25 @ 7pm

Check out the full timeline and details about all of it here.
This past weekend, there was so much going on at HPC it felt like a beehive. We had a volunteer training day in the Healing Place Church Arena, Upward Baseball practices at the HPAC, Serve Team outreaches, on top of all the regular ministry gatherings that happen on any given weekend here. For me, it speaks of life and health and excitement to see so many people being engaged and serving to help others.
And to cap it off, I got to speak last night to our HP Women’s meeting – now THAT was fun! What an amazing opportunity to get to talk to a few hundred ladies about how they can embrace the craziness of their man. Hahaha. (You’ll have to catch the replay this Friday at 8pm CDT if you missed it.)
