The Watoto Children's Choir from Uganda and blessed HPC with their songs, their testimonies and their smiles. Offerings collected for the weekend for the choir of AIDS orphans totalled over $30,000.

May 6, 2006 we had a grand opening of the new Healing Place Athletic Complex. Hot dogs and hamburgers, baseball players and little kids on the playground, and a bunch of families having a great time at the new facilities.

Hundreds of families will enjoy the HPAC this summer and many summers to come. Three baseball fields, a basketball court, a top-quality playground, and soon, soccer and football fields - all there to give kids a place to learn the game and at the same time to hear about God's love for them.
